Mr. Farazad brings over 35 years of experience in Sales and Management Operations. His journey in green cement technology and manufacturing began in 2005 with CERATECH.MENA, a company that pioneered reduced-carbon cement solutions, securing licenses in both the UAE and the USA. Their work included rigorous testing, not only with ACI standards but also in practical use cases by the United States Marine Corps. CERATECH was ahead of its time, leading the way before the current global focus on ESG.
Over the past decade, Sean has established himself as an expert in green cement. Before entering the cement industry, he worked at AboveNet, specializing in the sales and installation of server farms. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Farazad has served on the board of pediatrics at Georgetown Hospital and has received several awards for his contributions to carbon-reduced cement.

With extensive experience as a CEO, Chairman, and board member in start-ups and growth-stage companies, Sterner has played a key role in various industries, including marketing, media, advertising, and technology. He has successfully managed and listed a company on the Swedish stock market. In recent years, his focus has shifted toward investments and fundraising for emerging companies, while also serving as a senior advisor and leader in several business turnarounds. Sterner’s expertise spans across company leadership and driving growth in rapidly evolving sectors.
